Christian Lawber is a major in English Communications (with a minor in Sports Management) at Salve Regina University. He is a local New Englander, born and raised in Rhode Island. WIth his English degree, he would like to work in the sports arena, perhaps as a journalist at a large news station in Boston or New York. He hopes to eventually come back to the New England area to pursue his career and one day have a job at Comcast Sportsnet or 98.5 the Sports Hub or the Boston Globe or Herald. His ultimate goal is to work in the sports world in some capacity. He might at some point also pursue a career in teaching English at the college level.
